Refund policy
Upon delivery of the package, the customer is required to examine the content and to check if the products comply with the orders. Any disputes and returns must be communicated in writing by filling out and sending the appropriate RMA module, which can also be requested fore-mail a parts@ceccato.it
The return must be authorized in writing by Ceccato Spa Inwash in advance. The lack of documentation and information may generate the return of the piece to the customer. The transport and administrative costs of management of the RMA procedure can be paid by the customer. The return of the material is not foreseen in case of goods purchased by Ceccato Spa Inwash on a specific request of the customer.
Warranty
The warranty on all the products purchased is 1 year from the given invoice, as established in terms of the law. In this period the products that will be recognized as defective, subject to verification by Ceccato Spa Inwash, will be replaced or repaired. For the methods of requesting renores under warranty, please fill in the appropriate RMA form.
The guarantee decays when the defect found is caused by incorrect use or assembly, unauthorized tampering or disassembly, external agents and for neglect and poor maintenance.
The costs incurred for the replacement of the piece under warranty and the shipment to Ceccato Spa Inwash of the defective piece, they are borne by the customer.
The guarantee for engines and reducers applies exclusively if an adequate seal in the engine coupling and reducer is installed.
