Of course, our spare parts are always subjected to strict controls to verify their quality and ensure that they last over time.

It depends on you. But keep in mind that our compatibles, in addition to having a competitive price, are not cheap sub-brands, but spare parts studied and redesigned by us to improve the performance and durability of your systems.

Delivery times are fast, in 24/48 working hours it will be at your home.

- Add the product to the cart

- If you don't need to buy anything else, proceed with the purchase by clicking the button

- Enter your shipping details and, on the following page, choose your payment method

- Ceccato Spa INwash will inform the customer of acceptance and order confirmation.

Continue with your order normally and when you arrive in the checkout (payment section) you will have to select as Payment Method: Cash on delivery.

Please note: this delivery option has an additional cost of €10 + VAT.

At this point, you will have to wait for the confirmation email from us with the order and total amount.
He will then have to pay the order to the courier when the package is delivered to you.

Payments

Forwarding the order requires the drafting of an estimate by Ceccato Spa INwash, which the customer will then have to confirm or modify.
Once the estimate has been confirmed, an email will be sent to you with the procedure for making the payment with the chosen method.

You can pay by card , Paypal, bank transfer or conveniently in cash on delivery.

Payment by cash on delivery requires a supplement of €10 + VAT.

Shipments

Delivery times are indicative and not mandatory. Any delays in deliveries do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase or claim any form of compensation.

Transport, if charged on the invoice, is the responsibility of Ceccato Spa INwash. In this case, any damage will be resolved at the expense of Ceccato Spa INwash.

Variable price based on the weight, size of the parcels and the service chosen. The price will be calculated once the order has been forwarded by Ceccato Spa INwash.

SHIPPING ITALY

If the Customer requests it, he can collect the material at the Ceccato Spa INwash headquarters or organize the shipment at his own expense.

Express Service:

Domestic shipments are managed by Bartolini courier agreement with Express Service .

The following options are also available with methods and prices to be agreed from time to time:

Usually shipped within 24/48 hours

For the ordinary transport of parcels less than 300 cm long and weighing up to 70 kg , the following provisions apply:

free shipping for a value of goods greater than € 500.00 net of VAT; a charge of € 15.00 + VAT for a value of goods less than € 500.00 net of VAT.

In the case of packaging with characteristics of weight and length greater than the above or other special requests, it will be necessary to contact the company.

Transport cost: Variable price based on the destination, the weight and dimensions of the parcels and the service chosen. The price will be calculated once the order has been forwarded by Ceccato Spa INwash.

Returns and Refunds

Upon delivery of the package, the customer is required to examine the contents and check whether the products comply with the order.

Any complaints and returns must be communicated in writing by completing and sending the appropriate RMA form , which can also be requested by e-mail .

The return must be authorized in writing by Ceccato Spa INwash in advance.
The lack of documentation and information may lead to the return of the piece to the Customer.
The transport and administrative costs of managing the RMA procedure may be charged to the customer.
The return of the material is not foreseen in the case of goods purchased from Ceccato Spa INwash upon specific request of the customer.

The warranty on all products purchased is 1 year from the invoice date, as established by law. In this period, the products that will be recognized as defective, after verification by Ceccato Spa INwash, will be replaced or repaired. For how to request returns under warranty, please fill in the appropriate RMA form .

The warranty is void when the defect found is caused by incorrect use or assembly, unauthorized tampering or disassembly, external agents and negligence and poor maintenance.

The costs sustained for the replacement of the piece under warranty and the shipment to Ceccato Spa INwash of the defective piece are charged to the customer.

The warranty for motors and gearboxes only applies if a suitable seal is installed in the motor and gearbox coupling.
